A Seattle native, Ed Boitano has devoted 20-years of life to writing about travel. As a descendant of both Leif Ericson and Christopher Columbus, the Amer-Norsk-Italian Boitano quite literally has a passion for travel to unexplored locations in his blood. In the last two years he has traveled to Antarctica and the Arctic, as well as lived with a nomadic Basque shepherd family outside of Bakersfield, California for six hours. He brings to Traveling Boy a love of all forms of travel, and a disdain for any lamb food products.
Ed’s articles have appeared in California Contractor, the Tidings Newspaper of the Catholic Archdiocese of Los Angeles, Northwest Senior Life, Lovin’ Life, New Times Los Angeles and Southern California Life After 50 Magazine.
