The life under Caesar Augustus or any of the Roman potentates was much harder than under Trump, Biden or any of our American presidents.

A birth occurred in Bethlehem that is our salvation, our hope, our spiritual gift.

In the world we have seen dictators like Hitler, Stalin, Marcos, Kim Il Song, and men who were evil and not concerned with human life, but raw power and corruption in the highest form.

Satan at work. Let us remember our Lord and his humble birth and trust in God’s plan for history, as you said, and in our own lives.

Prayer time in supplication and gratitude and humility.
