The dynamics between the sexes had indeed been pondered by wise men through the centuries. And when they think they’ve figured it out they fail in execution.

Sometimes people are too serious/ rigid / formulaic in their approach to relationships. It’s like dancing. Awful dancers count “1-2-3 forward step, 1-2-3 backward step.” But amazing dancers just glide with the rhythm. They are gifted that way.

The whole point in my article is to demonstrate how reconciliation in any situation may start — through proper conversation … figuring the best solution together and allowing grace to fill in the gaps.

Been reading posts some people refuse to even discuss issues — as if they fear being proven wrong. I’m at the point where only godly intervention is the only hope. So sad.

I also think that one’s approach is very important. One cannot simply spit out facts arrogantly. If one really wants to win an “enemy’s” heart, one should talk humbly and prayerfully. That’s how I did it w a family member. I never got the satisfaction of saying “see? I was right!” The satisfaction comes in knowing she’s on my side now and I can share posts that used to offend her.
