Armed with a few simple ingredients that I actually purchased in advance \u2013 yes, <strong>IN ADVANCE<\/strong> \u2013 and I was good to go to stake my claim to the <em><strong>Lazy Person&#8217;s Golden Rush Bell Pepper Sauce<\/strong><\/em>. <em><strong>LPGRBPS<\/strong><\/em> for short.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This is a terrific topper for pasta \u2013<em><strong> penne<\/strong><\/em> or <em><strong>fusilli<\/strong><\/em> would work well \u2013 coat it over a <em><strong>Piadina Romagna<\/strong><\/em> in place of the standard tomato sauce for a killer flatbread pizza, or use it as a dipping sauce with beef fondue, or alongside grilled steak, chicken, pork or fish.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The <em><strong>LPGRBPS<\/strong><\/em> is the tasty, go-to, creamy liquid when you&#8217;re looking to strike gold in <em><strong>la cucina<\/strong><\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>What do you say we head into the galley and get this little culinary &#8220;rush&#8221; underway?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>__________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>LAZY PERSON&#8217;S GOLDEN RUSH BELL PEPPER SAUCE<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong> (to yield approximately 24 oz\/710 ml)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>6 medium size Bell peppers ( 2 ea. red, yellow and orange)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 tbsp Virgin Olive Oil<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3-4 Cloves of Garlic<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 can (400 gr\/) Peeled Tomatoes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/4 tsp Dried Red Pepper Flakes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/2 Chicken Broth Bullion Cube<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Prep &amp; cooking time: 60-min.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>__________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Step-1<\/strong>: Rinse off Bell Peppers; cut in half; remove stems, white pith and seeds.
