Believe me Raoul, I commiserate with you. My husband, who was pretty good at fixing older cars, had a favorite mechanic that he said was the best, so to save a few bucks I took my Cadillac to him. It cost me a fortune and the worst part was that in replacing a part, he caused my windows to cease working. When I read the box the part came in, I learned that care must be taken when installing the part or it could cause the windows to malfunction. So I took the car back to him and he finally fixed it for a lot of money. I couldn’t convince him it was his fault, but one of his employees admitted to me that they knew nothing about Cadillacs. I learned my lesson and now I take my car to the dealer.

Raoul–I have one employee, Griselda Torres. I was telling her the jokes
this morning, “Quatro Cinco”. Then I told her about the Mexican with his
useless crossbow. She said, “Are these jokes from Raoul?” She reads you
like a book!

I asked her if she would tell her family. She said, “if I remember.” I
said will they laugh?. She said, “at me!”

There are also state rules about providing written estimates and returning replaced parts.

You can write a Yelp review, and also tell others, especially the woman who recommended Vin, about your experience.

Your actions will help others from getting ripped-off by this guy.
