I hope you are getting closer to the decision you feel you need to make about moving. I often make a list of all of the plus and minus things related to each decision and add on what is the worst thing that could happen if I do it. Decision making is not easy, but it separates leaders from followers and while it is sometimes costly (no one is perfect), sometimes it works out better than we anticipated. I often favor change despite occasional disappointments in life.

Thanks for sharing from your heart. You have some interesting options as you consider a move.
What does your wife think /feel about the options?
You have grandchildren . You might be the only Grandpa or perhaps the one who shows care and listens. I grew up without grandparents and there were gaps in my life because of it.
I believe the Bible teaches that we are not to retire but change our focus as get older. Investing in the younger generations is important. So is providing jobs for others.
How is your health?
Can you move somewhere on a 5 year plan?
