I am glad that you are feeling better these days.I was busy the last couple of weeks and did not notice. It is a amazing to me how much time we spend taking care of ourselves after we get past 60 and I am well beyond that now and I think the many physician and therapist visits, occasional hospital visits, far too many pills on a daily basis is getting to be a full time job! Aging has many challenges and I am there now and just a few years ago I never took any pills purposefully for all of my life to that point. I read an article in the Harvard medical journal about 15 years ago focused on again and what to expect. The author said that around 80 we spend most of our time taking care of our physical condition. I’m there now. Oh the joys and put a pandemic in the mix and it is a challenge.

I do stay busy writing (one book out last year and two more this year that will be 32 and that will be all of the books from me. I do have articles coming out and will keep that up for as long as I can) and walking (average 6-8 miles daily). With so much shut down here at our retirement home, it is difficult to have many friendship visits or meet new folks, but hopefully with the covid vaccine shots taken and more to come soon, some “normalcy” will return.
