Of course, while every parade, big or small, in the South is special, there are some familiar sights you might expect to see at one.</p><p>For instance, you can pretty much count on there being tractors pulling trailers full of candy-throwing kiddos, and there&#8217;s a good chance snow is going to fall from the sky – or by that, we mean soap is going to fall from a snow machine – at least once (regardless of whether&nbsp;everyone in attendance is wearing T-shirts because it&#8217;s actually 70 degrees outside).<br><br><a href="https://southernthing.us17.list-manage.com/track/click?u=10841dcd77e34615f4ef58f80&amp;id=75ef5edcf2&amp;e=4964c95f28">MORE.</a></p><h2 class="wp-block-heading">4. TSA Testing Self-Service Security Option </h2><p>Travelers with TSA Pre Check eligibility will soon be able to select a self-service screening option to speed up the security process. Christmas in Switzerland</h2><p>Geneva, Switzerland– It was December and snow was falling in the Alps. Throughout <a href="http://www.travelingboy.com/archive-travel-blanchette-switzerland.html" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Switzerland</a> <a href="http://www.travelingboy.com/archive-travel-corinna-christmasmarkets.html">Christmas Markets</a> were preparing to celebrate the season. The air was full of aromatic spices wafting from the large pots of steaming red, mulled gluehwein, which the Swiss drink to chase the evening cold.
