Canada offers all sorts of wonderful winter carnivals. I live in the small town of Niagara on the Lake (just 10 miles from the more famous Niagara Falls) and this week-end is our famous &quot;Ice Wine Festival&quot; https://niagarawinefestival.com/. I&#039;ve invited Ed to come to Canada and Niagara to cover this and literally hundreds of other festivals in our small historic town, which is a quiet,  refreshing and sophisticated oasis in comparison to Niagara Falls.
