He was released on his own recognizance after a court hearing Monday.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The FBI was tipped off to Prenzlin\u2019s brief presence in the Capitol on or near July 11, according to a&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/storage.courtlistener.com\/recap\/gov.uscourts.dcd.235705\/gov.uscourts.dcd.235705.1.1_1.pdf\">affidavit from FBI Special Agent Clarke Burns<\/a>. Born in January 1920, Fellini\u2019s career spanned almost 50 years until his death in 1993, at the age of 73.
