The Road to Immunity<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

I always wondered what it would be like to get Covid. There are so many theories flying around. I also see the silliness of the CDC and WHO who decree one thing and then change their minds the next day. I wish they would be honest enough to say they don\u2019t have a clue. And why Faucci hasn’t gotten fired yet is a complete mystery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So I developed my own theory. I believe that the vaccines work — Moderna is at the top of my recommendation (ever since I read that the CEO of Pfizer was detained<\/a> from flying at the airport because he himself didn\u2019t take his own medicine made me suspicious about it). I believe that relatively healthy people will not suffer adverse effects. I do not believe in booster shots. Seriously, when the President (who has had booster shots galore) contracts Covid twice in a row, it\u2019s obvious it doesn\u2019t work. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I am a very social person, so I don\u2019t know where I got it. I attended a huge party last Saturday, went to church Sunday, watched my grandsons\u2019 basketball game, had a luao dinner, had a business meeting Monday and bought groceries on Tuesday. Tuesday afternoon I was feeling strange. Everything I touched made me tingle. I felt weak. But it wasn\u2019t until Wednesday that I decided I needed to see a doctor. Sure enough, the swab test proved I had Covid. This may sound strange and flippant but I was actually glad. I could put my theory to the test. The doctor gave me a choice of a Covid Kit which may have side effects or just one pill (benzonatate) to control the inflammation in my throat. I chose the latter. I wanted to get sick and develop my immunity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So here I am in bed still very weak with a mild case of Novel Covid. If my theory works, I won\u2019t be bothered by Covid again. Sorry if I don’t have a lot of jokes today. Doing this all in the confinement of my bed. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
