Funny that you should mention that the cop didn’t give me a break, because I really thought he would. My grandson-in-law, a Washington State Trooper, gave me a bear sticker to put on my back car window, saying that police officers recognize that as being a friend and they don’t give tickets to people who have these stickers. Well, I pointed it out to the officer who ticketed me and he acted like he never heard of such a thing. Anyway, it didn’t do me any good.

And I’m sorry about your ticket. So that cop didn’t give you a break,
huh? I just did a bunch of caricatures of the La Habra Police this
morning. It was a breakfast with a cop event and decided to stop by. The
cops were laughing at each other. Something you rarely see in public.
