Ian Andrew Robert Stewart (1938 –1985) was a Scottish keyboardist and co-founder of the Rolling Stones. He was removed from the lineup in May 1963 at the request of manager Andrew Loog Oldham who felt he did not fit the band's youthful image. He remained as road manager and occasional pianist for over two decades until his death and was posthumously inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame along with the rest of the band in 1989.

Slide guitarist, Mick Taylor, replaced Brian Jones. Mick Taylor joined the Rolling Stones in 1969 at the age of 20, following the departure and subsequent death of founding member Brian Jones. Initially expected to assist with session work, Taylor quickly became a full member, debuting at the July 5, 1969 Hyde Park free concert in London, which served as a tribute to Jones and introduced Taylor to a massive audience of around 250,000 fans. The first recorded song he played on was Honkey Tonk Women.

As a full-fledged member, Taylor played on several key Rolling Stones albums from 1969 to 1974, including Let It Bleed, Sticky Fingers, Exile on Main St., Goats Head Soup, and It's Only Rock 'n Roll. Tired of the hectic pace of touring, he decided to leave the band, he was replaced by Ron Wood.

Bill Wyman (born William George Perks on 24 October 1936 in London) is an English musician best known as the bassist for The Rolling Stones from 1962 to 1993. He was part of the band's original lineup alongside Mick Jagger, Keith Richards, Charlie Watts, and Brian Jones, and played on 19 of their first studio albums. When informed that a rhythm and blues band called the Rolling Stones needed a bassist, he auditioned at a pub in Chelsea, London in 1962 and was hired. The band were impressed by his instrument and amplifiers (one of which Wyman modified himself, and a Vox AC30). Wyman was the oldest member of the group.

The Rolling Stones frontman first became a dad in 1970. In 2016, Jagger welcomed his youngest child, son Deveraux, with his fiancée, former ballerina Melanie Hamrick.
Reflecting on fatherhood in an October 2023 interview with The Guardian, Jagger admitted parenting has changed with each new child.
"You get a bit out of practice - it's not like riding a bike. The more children you have, the more laissez-faire you get about them, to be honest," he told the outlet. "It's fun to have children, at any age. But if you're working, and always away, you don't get to enjoy it as much."
