Now more than ever kids need to be playing outside. A great product to get them moving and getting some energy out is Stomp Rocket. Revell USA: Building Sets

Some of my favorite activities for kids include building. Revell USA, the granddaddy of model kit makers with a history dating back to 1945 produce fabulous sets for kids such as cars, planes and ships.

What makes these kits even more fun is that some are snap together — no paint or glue needed and include small screwdrivers and other tools needed to create the final product.

These kits are a great way for kids to gain first experiences in model making and train their fine motor skills. The creative activity also strengthens the self-confidence of the little hobbyists. The colorful cars are easy to put together and can be taken apart if necessary. They are robust and can withstand one or the other collision.

Crayola Light Up Tracing Pad

What I like is that the instructions give ideas on how to create super interesting runs, and once you get the hang of it, there are plenty of ways to design your own way to construct a marble tower. It is great for younger kids who can use their imagination to build, and for older kids will enjoy following the process and constructing super cool runs.

Tyrannosaurus Rex

Schleich has created a sturdy and scary super fun Tyrannosaurus Rex for kids to play with and create their own prehistoric stories. This two legged predatory dinosaur looked quite threatening, but it could hardly use its front legs armed with just two claws since they did not even reach his mouth.

However, this Dino is able to open his mouth — so beware if you seat him at the table with your kids, he might just motivate your little ones to feed him too. A quality item, kids with imagination will have fun with their new friend.
