Raoul’s Two Cents: November 22, 2024

The Aftermath

The rippling effects of the elections early this month is still expanding. I feel sorry for the losing side. I really do. Many of them can’t seem to handle the defeat with dignity. Strangely, some even made selfies of themselves losing it. It must be hard for them to realize they were the minority. True to their word, many of the elites are fleeing the country. It’s understandable why many were desperate to win. Many in government are now anxious about losing their comfortable high paying jobs because their racket will soon be exposed. There’s a lesson waiting to be discovered.

I like to believe we will calm down eventually. Remember, we are all Americans.

I think of this scenario:

Friends, this too will pass. TGIF people!

“Radical obedience to Christ risks losing all these things. But in the end, such risk finds its reward in Christ. And he is more than enough for us.”-— David Platt

“Blessed are those who mourn, for they will be comforted.” — Matthew 5:4

“The Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves the crushed in spirit.” — Psalm 34:18

Very funny and completely true. No Republican I know had gloated about the results. I sensed that Amy was waiting for it to come up in discussion but it did not. Heather

    Shaved Head

Is that reference to a shaved head about me, or some response of a Monk trying to leave the world.

Yes, the Hollywood elites think Trump will destroy their country. No thought to anything else except their privilege.

Nice one Raoul! Of course you and I were on the same side the whole time. So sad that our sisters weren’t but hopefully they will calm down.
