Circus Adoption

An Olympic Rabbit

Have you heard the scandal about the Olympian named Ryan Locthe who made up this incredible story about being held up at gunpoint in Rio? His little prank has soured diplomatic relations with Brazil. What was he thinking? Oh ... I guess he wasn't.

People who grow up in a privileged home remind me of the rabbit in Aesop's timeless fable. Rabbits are so ahead of the turtles in the race of life but they don't take advantage of that lead. They're so overconfident they forget to use their brains.

I did a little research because I couldn't believe he was that dumb. Guess what? He is!! His net worth is a few million dollars. His looks ... his body --- is what women fantasize over. But no matter how hard you knock in that doorway to his brain, there's nobody there. (I share a video below to prove my claim). It's so incredibly sad.

I wish the best for Lochte but at 32 years old, he's no longer a kid. He's already hard-wired. I'm afraid he will run into one disappointment after another unless he finds meaning in his life. It is possible.

I know of such an athlete. His name is Ron Homenuke and he was a professional hockey player for Canada. At the peak of his career he had an accident and he never recovered. In his depression he found Christ. Last time I talked to him, he was a missionary helping the poor in the Philippines. He said being a missionary was more fulfilling than anything he had ever done.

Are you a rabbit? Are you a turtle? Moving up? Moving down? Wise up, dude! (This is just me) but without a spritual foundation, whether up or down, life will still be empty TGIF people!

Circus Adoption
Contributed by Chuck of Whittier, CA

A husband and wife who work for the circus go to an adoption agency.

The Social worker there raisees doubts about their suitability to adopt.

The couple produce photos of their new 50-foot motor home equipped with a beautiful nursery.

The social worker raises concerns about the education the child will receive while the circus is traveling.

"We have a full-time tutor who will teach the child all the usual subjects along with 4 languages. The child will become quadra-lingual"

Then the social worker express concern about a child being raised in a circus environment.

"Our nanny is a certified expert in pediatric care, welfare, and diet."
The social worker is finally satisfied.

"What child age are you hoping to adopt?"

"It doesn't really matter as long as the kid fits in the cannon!"

This little fella really loves a back rub and he isn't shy about asking for it. Very amusing.

Ryan Lochte Interview Makes Anchor Cry

Ryan Lochte Interview

Strange, funny, and ultimately sad interview of an Olympian whose looks and talents betray the lack of depth in his personality. Watch the reaction of the TV anchors who break up laughing and in tears. So sad. So very sad.

Israel

How well do you know Israel? After watching this video I realized how little I knew about it. Pretty amazing what this tiny country has achieved in less than 70 years in existence. Both of the Philantrophic founders of Google are Jewish. Could they be supporting mother Israel?

Playful Monkey

Cheerful film about a monkey who has nothing better to do than tease 2 baby tigers. I think this video would be a lot better if someone were to put background music to it.
Have a fun weekend! Aren't you glad the Olympics is ending? I'm so sick and tired of it. TGIF!
